House-hunting? Don’t do it without the HomeScan App from DVV!

Finding your dream home can sometimes take ages. But the DVV HomeScan App, a mobile application for your smartphone, makes your search for the perfect home a whole lot easier.

What does the DVV HomeScan App do?

Scan Now: see what the amenities are in the local area in the blink of an eye. Which is handy if you want to know where the nearest supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, doctor or fitness centre is.

Tip: The Scan Now function displays 20 results at a time so that your screen doesn’t get too full. If you want to see more than 20 results, run a few more scans. The app remembers what you’ve already seen and displays the next search results with each new scan. Too many results? Zoom in and scan again.

My Homes: this is where you’ll find a summary of all the properties you have visited. And with each visit, you can also enter a range of details about the place: for sale or for rent, the price and location, as well as information about the area and the condition of the home. You can even add photos that you take while you are visiting.

Reports: for photos and details about the homes visited. One click on the button is all you need to retrieve the features you liked about the houses you have already visited.

Checklist: makes sure you don’t forget or miss something during your house-hunt. Is there double-glazing? What about parking? Enough storage space? Use this handy list to check your next home thoroughly. And of course you can adjust the checklist entirely to suit your own needs!
